Great suction power. Does a fantastic job on dog hair. We only use it on our kitchen laundry room and an enclosed porch with tile, but I wouldn't hesitate to use it for hardwood floors in our whole house. We liked it so much, we bought this as a gift and they use it in their whole house with 2 labs.
It's fine for a quick once over on carpet but it doesn't do a great job compared to a vacuum made for carpets.
Probably one of the best buys I've made on Amazon.
The only cons are trying to find a convenient place to store it with an outlet nearby and it will not stand up on its own, it's already fell over several times but nothings broken yet. If it did break I would definitely buy again.

Starting with what matters most, the suction is outstanding! Please ignore the pedantic reviews saying the suction is not as good as Dyson, because if it isn't, then the difference is negligible. It has 4 (not 2) suction modes, (and it's just as loud as the Dysons are, not more) and even the lower setting sucks up small things from carpet, like dry pain pellets or hair. I've used it on the second setting and it was more than enough to suck up hair, dry paint scraps, sawdust, bits of paper, labels, hair pins, etc. So the 4th setting will definitely suck up anything you want, no doubt.
What I love about this is the intelligent trigger, finally I don't have to press and hold the damn trigger like I did with Dysons, you press once to turn it on, and again to turn it off, simple.
It comes with a touch screen for your suction modes and battery life (you can actually see how much battery you have left, mine came fully charged), and the screen is made of good quality, you don't have to press hard, or what I like to call punch screen, no, this one works nicely to a soft touch.
It has headlights on the suction head for dark places like under beds and sofas, beautiful, and bright!
Very lightweight, easy to manoeuvre and handle, just as heavy as any Dyson V7 or equivalent.
Battery life, the jury is still out. But I am honestly impressed. Seriously, nevermind Dyson, get one of these, like, now! I paid £119 on 2021's Prime Day, and my God what a great investment this was.
I feel like I really need to stress this, do NOT overpay for a Dyson, get this baby!
